Agata Czeremuszkin-Chrut

A graduate of the Faculty of Painting and Sculpture at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. She also studied at the Edinburgh College of Art in Great Britain and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She has over 20 individual exhibitions and participation in several dozen collective exhibitions. In 2019, she defended the title of Doctor of Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She works with traditional painting on canvas and wall painting. Apart from works on the flat surface since 2015, she has created spatial painting objects that go beyond the two-dimensionality of the canvas.

In 2014, she received the honorary distinction of the 8th Miniature Biennale in Częstochowa. In 2013, she was nominated for the „III Triennial of Polish Contemporary Painting” organised by Galeria BWA, Rzeszów. She took part in the international exhibition of contemporary art Nord Art, Kunstwerk Carlshutte in Germany, three times. He lives and works in Warsaw.

Absolwentka Wydziału Malarstwa i Rzeźby wrocławskiej ASP (dyplom z malarstwa w 2008 r. u prof. A. Dymitrowicza i prof. Z. Nitki); studiowała także w Edinburgh College of Art w Wielkiej Brytanii oraz w ASP w Warszawie. Na koncie ma 20 wystaw indywidualnych i udział w kilkudziesięciu zbiorowych. W 2019 roku obroniła tytuł Doktora Sztuk Pięknych na ASP w Łodzi. Zajmuje się malarstwem sztalugowym oraz ściennym, poza pracami na płaszczyźnie od 2015 roku tworzy przestrzenne obiekty malarskie wychodzące poza dwuwymiarowość podobrazia. Jej prace można znaleźć w wielu kolekcjach prywatnych w kraju i zagranicą.
